We had a nice weekend with lots of sunshine. With warm and long days ahead, I’m looking forward to getting outside and staying active. Truth be told, I do not like to workout during the winter. Like many, I’ve gained a few more pounds than I like to admit during the past few months.
It’s time for me to stop delaying the process and stay committed to a healthier lifestyle. I find the best way to stay motivated is to find a buddy. Yes, I’m putting myself out there, getting out of my comfort zone, to remind myself and other people trying to juggle the work week, that everyday is a good day to be active and take care of yourself. Monday, March 10 is a perfect day to start.
