Project Design 2013: Design, Love, Give

Happy Friday, all.   What are your plans for the weekend?   The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island: Project Design 2013 is having an Open House Weekend.  Gather a few friends or family members and help support the volunteers and the house, by visiting and seeing the beautiful designs before the families move back in.

Open House Weekend: Friday, October 11, 2013 / 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2013 / 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2013 / 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2013 / 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Join the community and see it for yourself. You’ll  feel the energy and love in the house.  You’ll find that the Ronald McDonald House is a happy place.  It brought joy to my heart and tears of compassion.

These are more beautiful rooms to discover at the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island this weekend.   Take the tour and find design ideas, focus on the finishes, tricks designers used to fool the eye when designing rooms with many angles, ask questions about their inspiration and the history of the house.   Enjoy your visit to the house.  If you’re too far to visit,  you could contribute by making a donation to the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, here.
