The Hampton Designer Showhouse presented by Traditional Home opened its door last month. Over twenty top designers and brands contributed to the showhouse to benefit Southampton Hospital. I was there to share the excitement as the rooms were revealed at the gala preview cocktail party.

The covered porch received a punch of color with Frontgate. We loved the bay breeze chaise lounge and roaming elephants outdoor lumbar pillows. The Mapcap Cottage gents have a new fabric line coming this fall. Catch up with them on their blog Demystifying Design.

Denise used a tortoise green wallpaper by Celerie Kemble for Schumacher. The art wall and a shell encrusted chest by Currey & Co. add history and texture. The fabrics on the windows and Taylor-Burke Home chairs were from Kelly Wearstler collection for Lee Jofa. Bravo Denise!

Tartan love! The mix is refreshing and colorful. Scot shows us that it’s okay to use tartan, color and mix patterns in a beach house.
Visit the designer showhouse and help support Southampton Hospital. The showhouse is open daily Sunday, July 26 to Monday, September 7, from 11AM to 5PM. Admission is $35 and includes a journal. Tickets may be purchased at the door or may be purchased in advance.
