When it comes to business-casual dressing, there are two things I stay away from wearing to work, regardless of the industry, shorts and jeans. One way to transition to business-casual is to add color to your already professional wardrobe. Contrary to what is popular, business-casual does not mean coming to work in jeans and a polo shirt. I hope my teen daughter is taking notes for the future.
