Over the past week, I’ve been nursing a sprained ankle and a cough. Feeling a little sad, I’m not able to attend the Architectural Digest Show because of my injury. For now, I’m resting my foot. With a little luck, I’ll make a full recovery in time for spring High Point Market. In the meantime, St. Patrick’s Day is a time for celebration. Here are some easy last minute recipes to enjoy at home.
Beef and Guinness Pot Pie Yum! Need I say more.

I love making a simple semi-homemade meal. Creamy mashed potatoes with kale and butter. Pick up cooked traditional corned beef and cabbage from your favorite grocer to complete a St. Patrick’s Day meal. via Cook the Story

Delicious green and buttery mint chocolate chip cookies are the perfect small dessert for a last minute St. Patrick’s Day celebration at home.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
