Happy Friday! It is an exciting time at home. I’m helping my son find his first apartment. We went apartment shopping in NYC. The views are amazing, but they do come at a price.
The amenities are impressive, some include an indoor lap pool, 24 hour gym, movie theater, lounges with pool table and fireplace surrounded by more beautiful views of Manhattan. What we want most is a great location and 24 hour doorman service. The doorman comes in handy for safety and receiving packages, since he’ll be working long hours.
I was happy for him. What’s next? Organizing and shopping for furniture. Watch out the college graduates are taking over NYC. Happy Weekend.
