Week Six One Room Challenge Reveal Office Makeover

Welcome to my One Room Challenge week six reveal. Take a seat and join me as I show you around my office. The small room is filled with all the things I love.

My inspiration started with a fashion book I purchased at HomeGoods and inspiration from Miles Redd.  I hope you like it.

The back of the door got a quick and easy DIY pin board late last night.

A desk from Bungalow 5 and a gorgeous, contemporary Japanese design hand knotted wool rug from Doris Leslie Blau are the two main pieces in the office.  The red velvet chair with tufted button back is from Pier 1 Imports.  All the vintage pieces are from my market find collection.

The room is painted in Nancy’s Blushes by Farrow and Ball.

I love the buffet/bar piece.  I can’t wait to stock a few champagne bottles to celebrate life. White storage boxes and decorating books fill the bottom shelves, as well as a ginger jar from HomeGoods.

There are a few changes  down the road. I would like to complete a window treatment for the small windows.  Although I love my vintage lamp, I also want to add overhead light to the office.

Thank you Linda at Calling It Home,  featured bloggers and participant bloggers for your hard work.  You can find over 200 amazing reveals  here .   Glad you stopped by.
