Tobi Fairley’s Get Published Design Contest

Happy Friday!   Inspired by black and white stripes during fashion week in NYC, I had a little fun on Olioboard and entered Tobi Fairley’s Get Published Design Contest.  It is an opportunity  to win a pass to Tobi’s design camp, The Journey to Getting Published.   I love Tobi’s designs and her commitment to teach and inspire designers.  I’m a great believer in surrounding myself with the best teachers. I hope you visit Olioboard and vote.

Description: Earn Your Stripes.  Stripes are hot this year on the runway and at home.  Embrace them and have fun.  Mix it up with traditional and modern pieces.  A splash of pink and green says Spring is in the air, making this office a delight to work in.

Description: Get happy with sunny stripe walls in the entry.   I love to use color in small spaces…a place to rest your keys, lay down your handbag and kick off your shoes.

You can vote for as many boards as you like but each board can only receive one vote per day.  At the end of the contest (March 6th 2013 at 11am PST) the top 25 voted boards will be put in front of a judge’s panel and the winning boards will be announced on March 7th 2012.  The Judges are  Crystal Gentilello Editor in Chief of Rue Magazine, Ronda Rice Carmen Editor | Founder of All The Best Blog, and Krissa Rossbund Senior Style Editor of Traditional Home.    Please vote each day here.
